Grid stability

The coming energy transition will be fundamentally a problem of grid stability and energy storage. When the wind doesn't blow, or the sun doesn't shine power has to be provided by non intermittent sources. Geothermal energy provides grid stability and energy storage.

Energy independence

Grid stability is a problem for all countries. Over reliance on Nuclear or Natural gas results in a lack of energy independence in the long term. While not evenly distributed at shallow depths, geothermal is accessible by all countries at deeper depths.

Renewable resource

As we begin to transition to a carbon neutral civilisation, geothermal will have to play a role in delivering energy that does not contribute to climate change.

Accurate and precise targets at shallower depths

The cost of drilling geothermal wells doesn't grow linearly. Finding shallower reservoirs with high flow rate and temperature is a critical component when developing geothermal energy resources in areas that are not traditionally geothermal hotspots.

  • More geoscience data

    We build more robust geoscience data sets from public and private sources. This includes higher resolution temperature data, more downhole geophysics, and high precision geophysics data like gravity and magnetics.

  • Larger amounts of compute

    Access to computational resources will be one of the most important resources of the 21st century. The utilisation and capture of larger compute resources is a strategic advantage in our method of geothermal exploration.

  • More advanced models

    Of course, more compute is useless with poor AI models. We are an AI research and development company in the field of geothermal exploration, and as such innovation in the model space is a strategic advantage in exploration.
